12/4 - Military push-ups
These push-ups are performed by keeping the hands and elbows near the chest, not flaring out. Some flaring starts happening towards the end, but the main thing I need to work on, other than keeping my back straight all the way through, is figure out what to do with my head. I don’t realize I’m stretching my neck that far down, and it messes up my perception of how far down I’m pushing my actual body. It ends up looking like I’m not actually doing all that much.
